Return & Refund

We always want our customers to be happy with their purchase. If there is a problem with your rug, please write to us at info@handmade-rugs.in. Requests must be made within 14 days of your rug arriving. We will review the information provided in the mail and issue refund. Refund will be only issued once we receive the return shipment and after careful review of the condition of the returned item. We might make deductions from the final refund amount based on the condition of the returned item.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
•    The Goods were delivered in the last 15 days
•    The Goods are intact with original tags (like Brand name Etc.)
The following Goods cannot be returned:
•    Items made to Your specifications or clearly personalized or customized.
•    Items which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorates rapidly, or where the date of expiry is over.
•    Items that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
•    Items that are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any items that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, items on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
Returning Goods

The buyers are responsible for the cost and risk associated with the return item. 
We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the items or proof of received return delivery.
